The role

If you are a team player, creative, communicative, self-learner, and detail-oriented, join our finance team and help strengthen the finance posture of the company’s financial processes.

What you’ll do…

  • Responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process including the preparation of journal entries and flux analysis
  • Responsible for the forecasting processes, cash flow, and financial planning
  • Monitor, control and adjust Budget vs Actual on a periodical basis
  • Responsible for the audit process with auditors including the provision of WPs as required
  • Preparation of annual tax returns and other statutory reporting requirements
  • Perform and implement different controls to ensure proper posting in the books
  • Support, guide, and supervise bookkeeping work to ensure the accuracy of financial records
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Work, interact, and coordinate with colleagues in various departments to ensure proper accounting and tax treatment and reporting results

What you have

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA
  • At least 3 years of experience in a global hi-tech company and with at least 2 years at BIG4
  • Experience in NetSuite is highly preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of USGAAP
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Familiarity and understanding of transfer pricing models and global tax planning
  • Proven ability to execute on-demand projects
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
