Information contained in a weekly report is not final, as it may be affected by cancellations and returns. However, any required reconciliation will be reflected in the end-of-month report. The charges reflected in the end-of-month report are delivered to you for verification purposes
You may, within 7 days following delivery of end-of-month report, provide Exon Media with any questions or other feedback you have with respect to the charges reflected in such report.
Exon Media will then review and respond to any such feedback. If Exon Media does not receive your feedback within 7 days following delivery of end-of-month report, the charges reflected in the end-of-month report shall be considered as verified. Accordingly, Exon Media will provide you with the monthly invoice, which is based on the information contained in the end-of-month report.
Please note that you will only be charged for ASINs on the mutually agreed upon dates. Unless Exon Media provides its express prior written consent, no part of the report above should be reproduced, distributed or communicated to any third party.
