us as a partner, you (“You”) consent to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy
(the “Privacy Policy”) and consent that all PII (defined below) that you submit or that
is processed or collected through or in connection with your use of the Services will
be processed by the Company and its affiliates in the manner and for the purposes
described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy governs all aspects of the collection and processing of your
personally identifiable information. We define “PII” as any information relating to an
identified or identifiable natural person; An identifiable natural person is one who can
be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as,

factors specific to the economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

You are not legally required to provide us with any PII, however some of the Services
require you to do so. In these cases, if you choose to withhold or delete any PII
requested by us, it may not be possible for you to access certain Services. If you do

We recognize that privacy is important. This Privacy Policy applies to all of the
services, information, tools, features and functionality available on the Services made
available by the Company or its affiliated companies and covers how PII that the
Company collects and receives, including in respect of any use of the Services, is

  1. PII WE COLLECT
    To provide and operate our Services, we may collect and process PII, including the
    following types of information:
    1.1 Your Contact Information. When applying on our website for partnership
    inquires or otherwise using the Services, you may be asked to provide your
    name, your employer’s company’s name and business email address, telephone
    number, messages submitted within the application or other details (“Entered
    Data”). You are the source of such Entered Data, and such data may be
    processed for the purposes of providing the Services, ensuring the security of the
    Services, and communicating with You.
    1.2 Recruitment. The website allows You to submit your resume for open positions
    with our Company. We may process information that you provide to us as part of
    any HR recruitment process you undergo with the Company. We will collect and
    use personal information to help assess your skills and your suitability to the
    relevant position. We may also use such data to contact you if we believe any
    career opportunities with the Company may interest you. Such information shall
    include all information You choose to include in Your resume, including but not
    limited to, name, email address, telephone number, generally common
    information in provided in resumes, skills, work experience, education, profile
    photo, URL of your LinkedIn, references, certifications and qualifications and
    other relevant information associated with your assessment (“Candidate Data”).
    Please note that when providing information of third parties, such as references,
    you are responsible to notify them of this fact and obtain their consent for use of
    their PII. If you submit your candidacy by email, or online, then you are the main
    source of the personal data.

1.3 Third Parties. Your personal data can also originate from other sources, such as
LinkedIn profile, recruitment agencies, headhunters and referrals..
1.4 User Communications. When you send email or other communication to the
Company, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries,
respond to your requests and improve our Services. We may send you push
notifications to send you reminders and updates in respect of the Services. We

may also send you newsletters and promotional communications. In order to
receive any communications from us you will be asked to opt-in and consent to
such receipt and you may revoke such consent at any time by contacting Us
through the Website for this purpose.
1.5 User Information. When you use the Services, we automatically receive and
record information from your browser, including without limitation information and
statistics about your online/offline status, your IP address, geolocation data
(including country and city), browser identifiers, internet service provider,
connection speed, search history, type of browser, your regional and language
settings and software and hardware attributes. Our systems automatically record
and store technical information regarding the method and nature of your use of
the Services. An IP address is a numeric code that identifies your browser on a
network, or in this case, the Internet. Your IP address is also used to gather broad
demographic information. The Company uses all of the PII identified in this
Section in order to understand the usage trends and preferences of our users,
including recent visits to our Services and how you move around different
sections of our Services for analytics purposes and in order to make our Services
more intuitive.
1.6 Aggregate and Analytical Data. In an ongoing effort to better understand and
serve the customers of the Services, we may conduct research on its customer
demographics, interests and behavior based on the PII and other information
provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate
basis, and we may share this aggregate data with its affiliates, agents, suppliers
and business partners. This aggregate information does not identify you
personally. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe
our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third
parties for other lawful purposes.

  1. PII USAGE . LEGAL BASIS.

2.1 We will use your PII to evaluate and consider you as a partner or a candidate for
job positions, in accordance with its processes and policies for evaluating

partnership or employment candidates, to contact you for your partnership or
candidacy status and interviews, to schedule meetings and interviews, amongst
others. The lawful bases we rely on for processing personal information
are:(a)You gave us your consent to the processing of your personal data (for one
or more specific purposes); (b)Processing is necessary for the performance of a
contract to which you are a party or in order to take steps at your request prior to
entering into a contract; (c) Processing is necessary for the purposes of the
partnership or employment interest; (d) Processing is necessary for compliance
with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.

  1. PII SHARING
    3.1 As part of providing the Service our affiliates, service providers, agents and
    representatives may have access to your PII, including: AWS Inc. We require these parties
    to process such information in compliance with this Privacy Policy and subject to
    security and other appropriate confidentiality safeguards. The Company may
    also share PII in the following circumstances: (a) as required for the provision,
    maintenance and improvement of the Service; (b) if we become involved in a
    reorganization, merger, consolidation, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or
    all of our assets, with any type of entity, whether public, private, foreign or local;
    (c) when expressly permitted by you; (d) to ensure security and for purposes of
    debugging; (e) to any member of our Company group, including our affiliates
    and subsidiaries, or other trusted businesses or persons, agents, third party
    service providers, subcontractors and representatives for the purpose of
    processing PII on our behalf in Israel and/or abroad; and/or (f) to satisfy
    applicable law or prevention of fraud or harm or to enforce applicable
    agreements and/or their terms, including investigation, defense and enforcement

  1. SECURITY AND DATA RETENTION

4.1 Retention. We will retain PII for as long as reasonably necessary for the
purposes for which it was collected, or held to comply with any applicable legal
or ethical reporting or legal document retention requirement, but in any case no
longer than 5 years. PII associated with our candidates and partners, will be
retained for the duration of our engagement, and a period of one year thereafter
unless otherwise required under applicable law. We will also retain PII to meet
any audit, compliance and business best-practices. Personal Data that is no
longer retained will be deleted. Non-personal, non-identifiable, metadata and
statistical information concerning the use of our Services are retained by
Company as long as the Company determined it is required. Some PII may also
be retained on our third-party service providers’ servers until deleted in
accordance with their privacy policy and their retention policy.

4.2 Security. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect against
unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of
PII. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of
electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use
commercially acceptable means to protect your PII, we cannot guarantee its
absolute security.

  1. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

5.1 Consent to Processing. By providing any PII to us pursuant to this Privacy
Policy, all users, including, without limitation, users in the United States, Israel
and member states of the European Union, fully understand and unambiguously
consent to this Privacy Policy and to the collection and processing of such PII
abroad. The server on which the Services are hosted and/or through which the
Services are processed may be outside the country from which you access the
Services and may be outside your country of residence. Some of the uses and
disclosures mentioned in this Privacy Policy involve the transfer of your PII to

various countries around the world that may have different levels of privacy
protection than your country and will be transferred outside of the European
Economic Area. If there is a transfer of your PII outside the EEA we will, in the
absence of an EC Adequacy decision relevant to the destination country or to
the transfer, seek to rely on appropriate safeguards such as entering into
appropriate EC approved standard contractual clauses (see

you consent, acknowledge, and agree that we will collect, use, transfer, and
disclose your PII as described in this Privacy Policy.
5.2 Your California Privacy Rights and Do Not Track Notices. California Civil
Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of Company who are California
residents to request certain information regarding its disclosure of PII to third
parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send
an email to office@exon-media.com. Please note that
we are only required to respond to one request per customer each year. You are
also advised that Company does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

  1. YOUR RIGHTS
    6.1 If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us. If you choose to
    exercise any of your rights, we will handle these requests in accordance with
    applicable law but please note that exercise of some of those rights may have
    some consequences in your application as a candidate. In the context of the
    Services we do not use any automated decision-making related to your personal
    data.

6.2 Right of Access and Rectification. You have the right to know what PII we
collect about you and to ensure that such data is accurate and relevant for the
purposes for which we collected it. We allow our users the option to access and
obtain a copy of their PII and to rectify such PII if it is not accurate, complete, or
updated. The information in question includes the identity of the database owner
and database administrator and the ways of communicating with them, the

purpose of transferring the information, the type of information transferred.
However, we may first ask you to provide us certain credentials to permit us to
identify your PII.

6.3 Right to Delete PII or Restrict Processing. You have the right to delete your
PII or restrict its processing, insofar as the information is no longer necessary for
the purposes for which it was created, obtained, aggregated, or collected. We
may deny your request if steps have been taken to ensure that it is not possible
by reasonable means to identify you. Alternatively, if your personal information is
currently being used for the purposes for which it was collected or for other
legitimate purposes such as exercising the right to freedom of expression,
protecting the public interest, conducting legal process or debt collection,
preventing fraud, theft or other actions that may affect the accuracy or reliability
of the information, or fulfilling a legal obligation or exercise of legal authority,
including the fulfillment of obligations arising from an international agreement to
which the Government of Israel is a party. We will notify you of our decision, as
soon as possible under the circumstances. We may postpone or deny your
request if your PII is in current use for the purposes for which it was collected or
for other legitimate purposes such as compliance with legal obligations.

6.4 Right to Withdraw Consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the
collection, use or processing of your PII at any time. Exercising this right will not
affect the lawfulness of processing your PII based on your consent before its

6.5 Right of Data Portability. Where technically feasible, you have the right to ask
to transfer your PII in accordance with your right to data portability.

data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your PII.

    7.1 In order to collect the data described herein we may use temporary cookies that
    remain on your browser for a limited period of time. We may also use persistent
    cookies that remain on your browser until the Company’s Services are removed,
    in order to manage and maintain the Services and record your use of the
    Services. Cookies by themselves cannot be used to discover the identity of the
    user. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your
    computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the
    site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and
    remember certain information. Cookies do not damage your browser. Most
    browsers may allow you to block cookies but you may not be able to use some

  2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    8.1 NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND TO THE
    MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS SECTION ‎SETS OUT COMPANY’S
    TOTAL LIABILITY TO THE YOU ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS, AND
    ALL OTHER LIABILITY TO YOU IS HEREBY EXCLUDED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS
    AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE UNDER, OR OTHERWISE IN CONNECTION
    WITH, THESE TERMS, FOR: (A) ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR
    PUNITIVE DAMAGES; (B) ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, REVENUE,
    CONTRACTS, ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, OR WASTED EXPENDITURE; (C) ANY LOSS OF, OR DAMAGE
    OR INTERRUPTION TO, DATA, NETWORKS, INFORMATION SYSTEMS, REPUTATION, OR
    GOODWILL; (D) ANY LOSS OF OR CORRUPTION TO DATA. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, NONE
    OF THE TYPES OF LOSS REFERRED TO IN THE PRECEDING SENTENCE SHALL CONSTITUTE
    DIRECT LOSS FOR THE PURPOSES OF THESE TERMS; AND/OR (E) THE COST OF PROCURING
    ANY SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES.

8.2 NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND TO THE
MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMBINED AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF
THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES UNDER, OR OTHERWISE IN CONNECTION WITH, THESE
TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF USD $100.

  1. MINORS
    Collecting Children PII. We will not knowingly contact or engage with children
    under the age of 18, and will not collect, use or process personal information of
    such without parental consent. By using the Services, you represent that you
    are at least the age of majority in your state, province or country of residence,
    or that you are the age of majority in your state, province or country of
    residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor
    dependents to use the Services. If you have reason to believe that a child’s
    personal information has been provided us without parental consent, please
    contact us at the address given above and we will endeavor to delete that
    personal information from our databases
  2. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
    We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you about significant changes
