The role

With operations in over 20 countries across the EU, US, CA, and beyond, we are now seeking a dynamic and analytical Senior Business Development to join our team.

What you’ll do…

  • Research, pursue, and cultivate long-term, high-impact business relationships that fuel exponential company growth.
  • Oversee and optimize 7-digit revenue partner budgets with precision and a strategic approach.
  • Own, manage, and expand powerful international partnerships, addressing every commercial, legal, financial, and marketing need to drive success.
  • Negotiate and win commercial terms using data-driven insights and analytical prowess.
  • Identify and advance new revenue opportunities within existing relationships, unlocking untapped potential.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and stakeholders across functions to pinpoint supply requirements and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

What you have

Must-Have:

  • Native English – A MUST
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development and/or Account Management roles in performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making and sales metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Experience working with C-level managers – an advantage.
  • Experience in the online comparison landscape – an advantage.
